While candle magick can be a “focal point" for intention, visualization, and meditation, the hidden art of candle magick acknowledges and understands the partnership of sympathetic or homeopathic magick, focused energy, and the intervention of helper spirits—to which the request or petition for assistance is heard and the favor, boon, or blessing received. The candle is the tool and the luminous art the practice, to which the wielder of this hidden or secret knowledge, creates a synergy, which if used properly one can access, physical and spiritual influences to rouse, shift, augment, create, change, and enhance, all in the effort to achieve the goal of the practitioner (or simply, how you identify yourself).
